Yes, there is paid parking at the Life Flora Hospital.

* No referral is necessary for private funded clients.

* If you are a member of a medical aid scheme, a doctor’s referral is not a prerequisite, however it is advisable to enquire with your medical aid scheme as each scheme and plan has its own requirements .

*All Injury on Duty (Workman’s Compensation) patients must have a doctor’s referral, as well as the following documentation in order to facilitate payment from the Compensation Commission:

*Employers Report of the accident.

*First Medical Report.

*Certified copy of Identity Document.

*A Travel Report in the event of an injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident while on duty.

*And any/ all progress reports from your first treating doctor.

We require 4 hours’ notice of cancellation.

The cost of treatment is dependent on the nature of your injury and the modalities used during your treatment.

It is advisable to contact your medical aid regarding any exclusions to cover.

*We are contracted to most medical aids and will submit claims directly to your medical aid, however, you will remain liable for the cost of treatment in the event of any rejection by your medical aid .

*Privately funded patients may pay cash or by EFT.

*We do not have credit/debit card facilities.

Yes, senior citizens who are privately funded and privately funded patients with conditions requiring prolonged treatment may be granted a discount at the discretion of management.

Your first treatment will last between 45 minutes to (one) 1 hour (this includes an assessment and treatment) .

Follow up treatments are approximately 30 minutes.

Please ensure that you have your medical aid card and a valid form of identification .

Referral letter (if applicable) .

Your most recent x-rays and scans if you have any.
